Run a short team-building workshop
Use this walkthrough with a group or by yourself. Work at your own pace; setup time depends on the tool and permissions.
1. Pick a useful outcome
Ask each person to name one repeatable task and a small non-sensitive result. Examples: a public workshop checklist or an agenda. Browse task ideas.
2. Build the intended team
Follow Build your team. Let the prompt ask about purpose and guide folder setup. Help participants verify the exact active workspace rather than merely attaching a file.
3. Show a saved result
Each person opens their saved artifact and checks it against Done when. Discuss what was missing, corrected or useful. A confident answer alone is not completion evidence.
4. Close and resume
Save a next action, start a genuinely new chat and send only resume. Check recovered task state and artifact. Record memory limitations honestly.
5. Choose what comes next
- Continue another useful task in the same folder
- Name one repeated need before adding a feature
- Keep work and personal account boundaries
- Leave a checkpoint before ending
Explore next steps. No slide deck, background scheduler or multi-agent runtime is required.
