Record one capability note
For the tool you choose, write down: product and version, account lane, files it can read and write, where the model runs, what you tested, the date, and one limitation. Use Tested operation only for the exact operation you observed. The fixed Codex demo has scoped owner-trial evidence. The tailored route and the other listed routes still require their own trial records.
